Q: When will I receive my orders?
A: We will ship your order within 3 business days. Our regular shipping is through USPS Priority in USA with 2-3 day delivery time. International shipment will be done through USPS International Express with 5-7 business day delivery time
Q: How do I return an item?
A: You login, and click on "orders" in "My Account" box on the right side of the Website. Click on "order "and you will see your order with a button on top right corner labeled "Return Item(s)". Click on that to select and return an item. When we approve, you will receive an email with instruction on returning.
Q: How do I find matching jewelry ?
A: Some of our jewelry have matching items, such as matching earrings for a necklace. When you click on an item and see item detail page, there are tabs toward the bottom. One of the tabs is labeled "Related Products". Click on that tab and you will find the matching item.
Q: How do I get reward points?
A: As a registered customer, every time you purchase, you automatically receive reward points that can be used on your next purchase. Also there are other ways to earn reward points by referring others to buy at Stone Soup Style. It is easy see "reward points" for more detailed information.
Q: How do I use reward points?
A: As a registered customer, when you check out you will be shown your reward points with an opportunity to apply your reward points toward the purchase. If you don't have enough reward points to pay the entire amount, you can pay the remainder wtih credit card. You may also want to accumulate your reward points to the point when you can purchase an item in its entiredity with reward points. Reward points cannot pay for shipping cost.
